  PUD_SCS: set starting conditions of a PUD file from the
           command line! replace all mines' gold amount,
           oil patches content, terrain type and more.

  example: if You want to change starting conditions of
           all pud files in the current directory:

  pud_scs -g2000 -l1000 -o2000 -i300000 -p100000 -t3 -v11 *.pud

  This will change starting conditions to:
  gold: 200, lumber: 1000, oil:2000, all gold mines:300000 each,
  all oil patches:100000 each, terrain:swamp, pud version:11
